INTRODUCTION We present this book to you to help you quit smoking forever. The first week is the roughest. If you can make it just one week, you will be on your way to be tobacco free for life. Being healthy is the main reason to stop smoking. You will DIE if you continue to smoke.
THE FACTS AND ONLY THE FACTS If you are thinking of quitting, do you know how to quit and control the need to smoke that cigarette? Why do you smoke? If you are still smoking, ask yourself “Am I ready to quit smoking”? Can I quit? You must be ready to quit smoking in order to quit and stop.
There are three factors which will determine your success: 1. You must be ready to quit smoking. 2. You must have faith in yourself to realize you are able to quit. 3. You must remember, your health should be the most important aspect of your life. Smoking inhibits life.
Many people try to quit smoking, but cannot quit for several reasons. You might have been smoking for a long time and it’s a “habit” to pick that cigarette up. Many people think about quitting, talk about quitting, and even try to quit several times. You might be one of those who have tried several times to quit, but it doesn’t last long and you start smoking again. Nicotine reliability will be the hardest part to adjust in the quest to stop smoking. In order to quit, you must be ready and willing to quit.
TAKE A GAMBLE; SMOKE IF YOU SMOKE: Statistics show you will be twelve times more likely to die from lung cancer. Statistics show you will be ten times more likely to die from some form of lung disease. Statistics show you will be ten times more likely to die from cancer of the larynx. Statistics show you will be six times more likely to die of heart disease. Statistics show you will be twice as likely to die of a stroke.
The above statistics are overwhelming. Look at the odds against you and the medical benefits to you if you quit smoking.
Did you know that your heath insurance premiums will go down when you stop smoking. Insurance companies do not like to give away money, so if you are not a smoker, you are a heather person. You are rewarded with lower premiums. This saves you money and you are healthy.
Another factor is the cost involved in smoking. An average pack of cigarettes is $2.00 a pack. You smoke one pack a day at $14.00 a week, $56.00 a month, and $728.00 a year. Let’s say you have been smoking for 20 years - that’s $14,560 in 20 years - up in smoke! If you smoke two packs a day just double all these figures. That is almost $30,000. A good down payment on the house of your dreams.
Smoking when you are pregnant is a big NO - NO. When you smoke with an unborn child inside you, you are giving that unborn the smoking habit. The child does not have a chance to decide, for itself, whether to smoke or not. Imagine, being born addicted to cigarette
SELF CONFIDENCE Let’s work on the self confidence aspect. You want to be successful, but how do you accomplish this? Answer the following question - “What can you do to reduce the desire to smoke every time it hits you, and what will you do until the urge passes”?
This article will help you in your battle with tobacco. You will be able to resist the urge to smoke when the urge comes and you will be to resist until the urge passes.
You also need to decide why you smoke - for the physical, mental or emotional need? Each reason has a different solution. This is why you must decide. You can then take the correct path to be a healthier person.
Let’s take a brief test to help you determine why you smoke. When you take this test, it is very important to be “Truthful” and “Honest”. The only way you will be able to quit is to be honest and sincere with yourself. The “want” has to be there.

Scoring high in question #2 signifies you smoke to relax, such as work breaks, after completing a significant job, with that morning cup of coffee or alcoholic beverage.
Scoring high in question #3 signifies you smoke to deal with mixed feelings you have in your life - anger, anxiety and maybe depression.
Question #4 deals psychological issues such as running out of cigarettes or not being allowed to smoke, such as a non smoking facility.
Question #5 signifies you are chemically dependent on cigarettes.
Question #6 indicates you smoke when you are bored, or must have something to do with your hands.
Each person smokes for a different reason, but by answering the previous questions, we can better determine why you smoke, and how to help you quit smoking. Neither heroin or cocaine are as addictive as nicotine.
ABOUT CIGARETTES Why is smoking so habit forming? Nicotine! Why do you have such a hard time quitting, and feel so bad, even if you smoke only a few cigarettes each day.
When you smoke, the nicotine creates a biochemical response to your body that immediately affects your mood, ability to reason, and your metabolism. The more you smoke, the more you are becoming chemically dependent on the nicotine.
THE EFFECTS OF NICOTINE Within seconds of the smoke entering your body, it affects your central nervous system and other parts of your body. When stimulated by nicotine, portions of the brain think and function more clearly. Other parts of the brain, when stimulated, help you feel relaxed and less troubled.
Certain hormones produced in the body are affected by nicotine - causing the chemical dependency to nicotine and the desire for a cigarette. Heavy smokers become dependent on elevated levels of hormones, incited by nicotine, which causes the addiction. They need a cigarette at certain times of the day. After the stimulation of the hormones falters, another cigarette is needed. If the cigarette does not come, the craving starts.
IN THE BEGINNING Exercise and physical movement are significant keys to quitting. As you exercise, you begin to build confidence in yourself and begin to like what you see. Exercise gives you energy and the ability to deal with anxiety. The smell of cigarettes becomes disgusting. After you have quit smoking, and the craving begins, get up and move around. This will stimulate your body in other ways. This exercise will give your body the lift it desires at the time.
SEVEN DAY STRETCH At this time, consider the following question: How and when do you want to quit smoking? There are actually two ways to quit smoking - instantly (cold turkey) or step-by-step. When you quit step-by-step, miscellaneous methods are used to taper off before that last cigarette. Some people are able to quit instantly, while others may have to taper off slowly. For a heavy smoker, a nicotine patch might be the best route to proceed.
Answer the following questions in order to determine which route to take for yourself. 1. One of the most important things to me at this time is to quit smoking. Yes No Not Sure 2. I don’t need a cigarette to help me through a tough problem. Yes No Not Sure 3. I have to quit smoking and my reasons are good enough to do it now. Yes No Not Sure 4. If I quit this minute, I know I can find a way to resist the craving to smoke, even if it is strong. Yes No Not Sure If you answered yes to the above four questions, you should be able to quit immediately and instantly. First, let’s give you some pointers on how to quit and not start again. After reading the following, set a time to quit. If not immediately, set a date and do it.
What about the doubts you may be feeling now? Most smokers will get a sense of doubt when they read the questions above. You might not have the confidence in yourself and your capability to resist the urge to smoke, the craving that goes along with wanting that cigarette, or the ability to find a substitute for that cigarette. In order to have the confidence to quit, you (1) must find another way to handle the urge to smoke when the craving begins and (2) learn to deal with why you starting smoking at all. We will answer these questions in order that when you are ready to quit smoking, you will have the confidence in yourself to quit.
HOW TO HANDLE THE CRAVING OF NICOTINE You will need defenses in place to help you quit. EACH OF THESE WORK. You may use one, all, or a combination of several to achieve your goal. The urge to smoke is immediate, and usually lasts for five minutes. If you can resist for that period of time, you reduce the urge.
1. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, and exhale as if you had just taken your first puff on a cigarette. A deep breath allows you to take in a maximum amount of oxygen, and exhaling lets out large quantities of carbon dioxide. This results in a feeling of relaxation.
2. Take a sip of water several times during this five minute period. Drinking the water will give you something to do with your hands and also reduce the desire to smoke. Drinking water will also help flush the nicotine out of your body.
3. Choose a substitute for the cigarette by putting something else in your mouth - a toothpick, stirrer, etc.
4. Do something for the next five minutes which will keep you entirely busy and focused on what you are doing. This will distract you from the craving.
5. Chew a piece of gum or hard candy.
6. Get up and move around for five minutes. It will help the urge to smoke to pass.
7. Use a nicotine patch as replacement therapy.
HANDLE THE REASONS FOR NOT SMOKING
Become more energetic without cigarettes.
Relax and enjoy the life without cigarettes.
Deal with your anxieties without a cigarette.
Deal with psychological dependence.
Deal with chemical dependency on nicotine.
Keep your hands busy fighting boredom.
QUIT NOW NOT TOMORROW First, you need to set a date when you are going to quit. Let’s give it one week from today. In one week, you will have had numerous occasions to practice with your defenses. Eight days from today will be the end of your smoking habit.
Days 1 and 2
Scrutinize your smoking behavior on days 1 and 2. Each time you light up a cigarette, ask yourself the following questions: 1. Why am I smoking this cigarette? 2. Would this be an easy one or a difficult one to do without? 3. If I did not smoke this cigarette, what would I do instead?
Day 3
Let’s get out and test your defenses today. At least once today, use your defenses to shoot down the urge to smoke. During the five minutes that it will take for the urge to pass, try out some of your defenses. Try one, or all, or find a combination that works for you.
Day 4
Today is an important day. Don’t smoke one or two of the cigarettes you feel will be most difficult to give up.
Remember, this is only practice, and don’t become distressed if you can’t give one of those difficult cigarettes up. Review your defenses to see which ones will help you get through this particular stage.
If you were unable to skip that difficult cigarette and failed, go back and review the reasons you were not able to skip that cigarette. Below are some of the most common reasons failure occurs:
Chemical properties of addiction You feel lousy because you can’t smoke that cigarette at that particular time. As stated before, nicotine patches will relieve some of these feelings.
Social pressures It may be difficult, at first, to continue some of your activities, such as the weekly card party or coffee break. Let others know you are trying to quit and ask for their encouragement. Surround yourself with non smokers. For a while, you might even have to avoid the parties, etc. to not be around smokers. Surround yourself with positive things, not the thing such as smoking that you are trying to stop.
Tension and negative emotion An emergency comes up and your first instinct is to have a cigarette. Choose another option, such as the breathing techniques. Disengage yourself from the situation that is causing you stress. Exercise.
Days 5, 6 and 7
You are on the home stretch now. For the next three days, your objective is to cut the amount of cigarettes you normally smoke in half. If you smoke a pack a day, cut down to 10 cigarettes a day, or even better, less than the 10. Your goal is to achieve positive results on day 7. Keep track of your cigarettes on the log , and continue to decrease your dependency on nicotine.
Still have doubts? The chemical dependency of nicotine on your body is a strong one. You might have been smoking for a number of years and this is something very strong. You may want to discuss the use of a patch or gum with your doctor. These methods will help you slowly eliminate the need for nicotine.
DO NOT SMOKE WHILE ON THE PATCH.
You could experience a dangerous overdose of nicotine.
Pregnant women should not smoke, use the patch or gum. Smokers with any heart problems should talk with their physician.
WHEN YOU QUIT SMOKING You need to get rid of those reminders in your home and office which remind you about smoking. Throw away or give away those leftover cigarettes and lighters, ashtrays, matches, and anything else that could be associated with smoking. Why should you force yourself to resist the urge to smoke when it is far simpler to just remove the reminders. If you keep a pack of cigarettes in your home or office, there is a good chance that you may pick one up.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO Consult your doctor in order to find out what types of programs are available for the person wishing to quit smoking. Several programs are available such as the nicotine patch and nicotine gum. There are hotlines to call to help remain smokeless. Hypnosis works for some people. Contact your local hospitals for programs also.
WHAT TO DO ABOUT WITHDRAWALS Dizziness may happen during the first couple of days. Take a quick break, it will pass.
Headaches may surface at any time during the first couple of weeks. Try to relax. Take any routine remedy for headache, a cold cloth on the back of your neck, or ease the stress by taking a short walk.
Tiredness may result during the first few weeks, but if you meditate or relax during the first few weeks, it will pass.
Coughing may actually increase during the first few days because the residue from the smoke has not been flushed from your system.
Tightness in the chest may occur in the first few days. Rest and take deep breaths and this will go away.
Sleeping problems may occur in the first few days. Try to stay away from drinks that have a high caffeine content. Try not to exercise too strenuously in the hours prior to bedtime. A hot bath prior to bedtime may also be helpful.
Constipation may occur in the first month after you quit. If this occurs, eat foods with a high fiber content, drink plenty of fluids, and do some light exercise.
Concentration may tend to wander during the first few weeks. Be ready for this, take a break or do something physical for a short period of time.

It's funny how some things can look complicated at first -- but once you break them down into bite size pieces and understand them -- they become simple. I speak with hundreds of SBI clients and potential clients each and every month and I know that getting started down the ‘Yellow Brick Road’ on the way to the Emerald City can seem a bit overwhelming at first………..but don’t worry – it’s really not that tough.
That's why I put together this 7 Step Guide to Online success with SBI……so that you can breakdown the process and you will know what do focus on and what needs to be done, in which order and when.

Step 2: or “OK – Click your heels together and sing…
’We’re off to See the Wizard’
OK – We are off to see the Wizard……..(who we know is Dr. Ken Evoy)….. or at least to start reading what we insiders call the ‘SBI Bible’ ……..The SBI Action Guide.
This masterpiece was created by Dr. Ken Evoy (founder of SBI! and SiteSell.com) and it is the defacto definitive work regarding everything about building a successful online business with SBI. Now for a heads up – The SBI Action Guide is also lovingly referred to by some as the SBI Dead Sea Scrolls…….because this is not a short read.
This is a major academic work – a course for those who are serious about wanting to build a successful online business. The SBI Action Guide is set up for you to go through it over a 10 DAY period --- and Dr. Ken Evoy is your personal guide throughout the entire 10 DAYS.
OK Yes, I said the ENTIRE 10 days….and I mean it. So let's stop here for a minute and have a chat. And, remember, if you just don't want to do it yourself or don't have the time or inclination -- click here to get all the details on someone who I know can help you get the job done and get a free quote on what it will take.
Step 3: or “OK the Wicked Witch is Dead and You’re in the Emerald City”
You’ve completed the Action Guide and been certified to use The SBI Manager and the SBI Brainstorming tool do a profitability analysis on your idea, or site concept or if you already have a site – then on your existing site theme. You’ve learned in the Action Guild what drives the Search Engines and the importance of selecting and utilizing the right Keywords. The SBI Manager process will help you find and select the keywords that you will use as you begin the process of building out your website.
Let me give you a little taste of what you can look forward to in this part of the “Emerald City”.
‘Let’s say you just loved the idea of building a website on the topic of New York City………well, that’s a nice idea ……..but how do you determine if there is any profit potential in that idea. How do you figure out what to focus on ?????
Well – that’s where the Wizards tool box comes in…..(remember Dr. Ken Evoy…) You would type “New York” into the SBI manager brainstorm and research box. The SBI Manager will then go out to the internet and find a list of related keywords to “New York”. You will usually get between 50 and 100 keywords back depending on your site theme. Here is an example of SOME of the keywords that the Manager will come back to you with if your site concept was "New York".
broadway shows new york subway maps new york city night clubs new york city maps new york city restaurant guide new york city shopping picture of new york new york apartment rentals new york city theater new your city tourism new york city vacation
The magic and power of the SBI Manager and Brainstorm tool is that it provides you with a ranking of the keywords and phrases on the basis of the number of Search Engine Searches that are done on a monthly basis (We call this the DEMAND) and it also shows the number of website who and fulfill the Searches (We Call this theSUPPLY)……. and as per Economics 101 – the higher the demand and the lower the supply – the higher the profit potential is! Please note that these example keywords have a reasonable number of searches on a monthly basis (DEMAND) and barely any competition online (SUPPLY). …….or a wonderful profit potential.
If you are looking for an SEO keyword expert to help expedite this process and build your keyword foundation for you please click here
Step 4 – or “It’s Time to pull the Curtain back – and Show you the Wizard…… I mean THE MONEY”
Ok, ok .........so by now you know that the Omnipotent Oz is really Dr. Ken Evoy and that ‘It doesn’t happen by magic’………and you’ve always had…….ok, ok – I won’t ramble on anymore…….let’s just say “It’s time to click those ruby reds together and get on our way home”
You know the process that we are going to use to select and confirm your website theme --- to make sure that it has the profit potential that makes building it worthwhile. You know the process that we will go through to select the most profitable Keywords.
And once you have those keywords you will then build out a dedicated individual optimized page on your site that focuses on each one of those powerful Keywords. The reason you will do this is because there is a low (Supply) to these keywords yet there is a high demand – so if you focus on building out relevant and compelling content and copy that utilizes these keywords then you will get a very good ranking in the search engines that will result in you getting good traffic to your site.
Using the keywords on the New York topic as an example, you would have a page about broadway shows that would perhaps list all of the upcoming broadway shows in New York and you could also have a link though to a broadway show ticket seller that you could earn commissions on each ticket sold.
You would have a page on new york city restaurant guides where you could have a list of cheap and high end best restaurants to eat at. You could actually call the restaurants and do a deal with them.
You could propose that you have a web site that reviews New York restaurants and you would like to be able to drive more customers to their restaurants that wouldn’t of been there otherwise. You could then create a form that people could fill out requesting a coupon and you would then send them an email coupon that the people could simply print out and take with them to a restaurant to get a 15% discount on their meal. As a part of the deal you would ask the restaurant owner to give you $10 for every coupon that comes into their restaurant.
So – there you have it – Simple and Powerful. We call it MONITIZATION – or How do you make money from your website. The above examples are just a taste of the many ways that you can make money from your website --- I won’t go into more details on this here but you can rest assured that you will get into this in much more detail throughout your SBI program.
Step 5 - Registering Your Business Domain Name
On DAY 5 in the Action Guide (and not before), You will choose and register the PERFECT domain name for your new Site Build It! site. Use the Manager to do this. The key here is to register a domain with the highest demand (number of people searching on a monthly basis) but, yet is still profitable – meaning that the demand is higher then the supply.
Example: Let’s work with the New York keywords above again. I found that "New York City Street Maps" had the highest demand out of all of the most profitable keywords.
What would be the domain name that I would choose for this site?
This domain name would just give the site more credibility in the search engines because it is a common search phrase and therefore would give better chance in ranking #1 in all of the major engines for that particular high demand keyword.
Have you ever noticed if you go to Google, AltaVista or any major engine and you type in a domain name excluding the "www." and the ".com" it will usually show up in #1 rank.
Example: Go to Google and type in "asphaltkingdom" - Who shows up number #1?
So this proves out my point above in regards to registering the right domain. MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER THE RIGHT DOMAIN, period.
(You may also transfer an existing domain in the SBI Manager if absolutely necessary... *NOT* recommended though.)
As soon as you HAVE registered your domain, two e-mails will be headed your way.
1st email) SUBJECT is "Site Build It! is Ready for You!"
The first e-mail, from Ken Evoy, confirms that your domain has been registered. It tells you how to log in and use SBI!'s Site Builder and Traffic Center (DAYS 6-10 of Action Guide).
2nd email) SUBJECT is "Site Build It! Catchall E-mail is Set Up!"
The second e-mail confirms your catchall e-mail address and shows you how to use it. OR... as you will see in the Action Guide, you can redirect all e-mail that goes to your SBI! domain to any other e-mail address that you prefer!
Step 6 - Building Your Pages.
Use the server-side SiteBuilder to build your Theme-Based Content Site, starting on DAY 6-8 in the Action Guide.
SBI’s templates are very easy to work with and I have used them for each of my sites.
You can also use Front Page or Dream Weaver to build your site and then just upload the pages and analyze your pages to make sure they are fully optimized.
I really recommend that you go to see all of the SBI tips and techniques as I KNOW they will help you. You will probably want to come here before you build your whole site as there is so much helpful information here http://freetrial.sitesell.com/businessgrowth.html
Step 7 - Site Analysis and Home we come.
DAYS 8-10 in the Action Guide concentrate on building TARGETED traffic to your site, using BOTH the client-side Manager tools AND the server-side Analyzing tools to make sure your site is ready for submission and on the road to success.
There you have it! My 7 step guide to working and building an online business with SBI. Follow these guidelines and you will succeed!
However, one of the easy ways to enhance the conversion rate of your website is to PREsell instead of selling.
Preselling is an act of giving a valuable information to your website visitor which would ultimately lead to a sale with an open-to-buy mind by the visitor.
The open-to-buy mind is achieved by her curiousity to find out more about you and your business-products and/or services.
Your conversion rate depends on a. how you reach your visitor, b. what you say to her and how you say it, c. how you refer her to your product or service. A positive mindset turns into a purchase" mindset with amazing regularity says Ken Evoy.
Who is Your Target Customer?
Preselling is about the individual. Most people give no thought about who their target customers are. It is good to build a customer profile. That's a great way to know her needs. What You Gain! You will know her needs Her needs would enable you determine the content of your website to meet her needs.
You will know the great way to put it down for her. You will know how to toach her emotions Always ASK... who is my ideal customer? male, female, Young, middle aged, old, students, low income or high income earners, handicapped, Working class or retirees.
Also ASK... what are the best topics that would captivate my target audience?
Brainstorm and create a master list using the appropriate keywords. Remember that people people search for information in such areas using those keywords.
Moreover, create your list through your life experiences-hobby,work,so cial activities, studies, e.t.c.,
How do You know if your Web site Presells? You need to be sincere with yourself and accept criticisms about your website content.
Ask several people to evaluate your site- family members, colleagues, friend s,web content experts, e.t.c., Make adjustments accordingly.
Don't forget that people want to do business with people that add value to their life and they find credible.
The desire to acquire higher qualifications and skills is growing in several countries of the world with the global vision of giving education to all. However, several people lack the money to fund their education espacially when they desire to study in a country with a currency value higher than their country currency value. This is evident in countries as United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Netherlands, etc, where international students pay higher fees for tuition, accomodation and maintenance. Most prospective students have resorted to seeking funding from organizations, universities and individuals in form of scholarships. One great challenge about securing a scholarship is that too many applications chase a small fund. This article reveals some of the rules to adopt when applying scholarships to enhance the chances of your application being selected.
1. Gather your admission and scholarship materials beforehand. Most scholarship applicants do not know the application documents required by the school they intend to apply to. Different schools require different application materials depending on the country, course of study or type and mode of programme. Generally, the following docments may be required:
a. copy of Degree certificate usually certified/notarised copy in the case of scholarship application.
b. copy of transcript usually certified copy in the case of scholarship application. c. Letter of motivation.
Two letters of Reference-professional and academic.
Fully completed scholarship application Form.
Letter of financial Support or Letter of sponsorship.
English Language certificate or other evidence of proficiency in English Language which is the language of instruction for course of study. This requirement varies in countries where other international languages are used other than English Language such German, French, Japanese or Spanish. However, most universities would give a waiver on the english Language requirement for countries whose one of the official languages isEnglish Langauge.
2. Start early to apply for admission into your chosen schools and programme(s).
When I was scouting for scholarship for my graduate programme, one mistake l made was tostart my admission process late even though l thought I started early. l later discovered that the admission process takes at least three months or more depending on a range of factors. It could be delays in the postal delivery of the application documents or getting reference letters from youracademic and professional referees, or getting your transcript(s) from your school. Therefore,if you want to start your programme in September, it is good to start the application process from November of the preceeding year of study. This will place you in position to be in possession of an offer of admission from the school, either conditional or otherwise, before the scholarship application deadline. The reason is that most universities and lnternational funding organizations have their scholarship deadline fixed between March and May annually. For example, the deadline for scholarship application for the University of Westminster is May 30 for September intake and November 30 for January intake.
3.Take note of scholarship application deadline and work to beat it.
You should remember that any application for scholarship that did not beat the deadline will not be processed and you dont have any contractual agreement with the scholarship panel in this case as their decision is final. Most funding bodies do not permit sending the scholarship application documents through courier service, fax or as email attachment. This could be a way of reducing the number of application to be received due to the available funding. Most scholaeship applications are done online but you are expected to send the supporting documents through mail which would take some days to get to the destination or may be delayed.
4.Construct a good letter of Support.
The letter of support is expected to reveal to the scholarship panel why you need the scholarship, what amount of support you need-tuition,maintenance, or accomodation, the effort you have made in securing funding from other scholarship bodies or individual/company sponsorship and why you are the best candidate for the scholarship. The letter of support is not written in a hurry. You should be clear, precise, sincere, persuasive and convincing in your writing.Remember that in most cases, you are not interviewed by the Panel.
Your write-up represents you and one of the crucial parameters to be duly considered before awarding scholarship to you.
5. Remember that scholarship opportunities are competitive.
About 2/3 of the prospective students need financial support in one form or the other which makes it very competitive to get fundingfor your programme. Most International funding Bodies and Universities receive large number of scholarship applications annually while they have few openings.
These Universities have devised means to reduce the number of applications by considering only applications that meet their criteria as usually stipulated in the application Form. Therefore, you are expected to read the criteria for application considering the basic qualification for scholarship application for the programme, the number of years required as work experience, the langauge of instruction, the value and duration of the award. Most scholarships are partial while others are full. The partial scholarship may cover tuition (full tuition waiver) or accomodation only or maintenance only or a combination of the two above while full scholarships cover tuition, accomodation and maintenance.
6. Do not apply for scholarship without an offer of admission. Almost all the scholarship opprtunities require that you secure admission first before applying for scholarship. This is one of the reasons to start early to apply for admission. Most applicants spend time running after funding opportunities without a corresponding letter of an offer for admission.
The scholarship awarding body wants to be sure that you would take up the offer of scholarship when awarded to you and therefore, would see evidence of acceptance into the school for your proposed programme of study.
